Rhythm and Motion (Age 18m - 2)

Rhythm and Motion is a Caregiver and Child Class. It is a creative movement program where students experience fun music activities that introduce basic dance movements. This class is WITH one caregiver and no siblings unless they are enrolled in the class.
Baby Ballet (Age 2 - 3)

This class is offered to boys and girls that are age 2 during the current dance session. This 30 minute class is the introduction to what a true dance class is all about. The children will be introduced to the feet and arm positions of ballet as well as proper terminology for their movements. Our program is designed to create a love for dance and music in a very creative and loving atmosphere.
Foundations 1 (Age 3 - 4)

An hour-long ballet and tap combo class for boys and girls that are age 3 during the current dance session. This class incorporates a fun way for children to explore and develop a love for dance. Thirty minutes of each subject is taught including correct terminology for all positions and steps. Students will build on motor skills, balance, and coordination while working on flexibility and strength

Ballet

An introduction to classical ballet incorporating basic terminology with positions of the feet, hands, and body. Ballet class etiquette is also a part of the curriculum along with learning the names of composers of classical ballet music and the stories of famous ballets. Our desire is to install a love for dance.
Hip Hop

This class explores different styles of Hip-Hop dance. Hip-hop dance refers to social or choreographed dance styles primarily danced to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. This is a fun and energetic class that any level dancer can enjoy!
Jazz

This upbeat, high-energy class introduces dancers ages 7 and up to the fundamentals of jazz dance. Focusing on technique, flexibility, and rhythm, dancers will learn dynamic combinations and choreography set to lively music. Perfect for building strength, confidence, and performance skills in a fun and engaging environment!
AcroDance

This class combines acrobatics and dance for a fun, dynamic experience! Dancers will learn foundational tumbling, balances, and flexibility skills while building strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Lyrical

This 30-minute lyrical class combines ballet and jazz techniques with expressive, flowing movement. Dancers will explore musicality, emotion, and storytelling through choreography and improvisation. Perfect for those looking to enhance their artistry while building strength, flexibility, and grace.
Musical Theater

This 30-minute class combines dance, acting, and singing to bring Broadway-style performances to life! Dancers will learn choreography, vocal technique, and acting skills while working on fun, energetic routines. Perfect for those who love to perform and want to build confidence in all aspects of musical theatre.
Adult Ballet (18+)

This 1-hour class is designed for adults who want to explore or return to the art of ballet in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or revisiting past experience, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and graceful technique through warm-ups, barre exercises, and flowing combinations. A wonderful way to stay active, improve posture, and enjoy the beauty of classical ballet!
Adult Acro Fitness (18+)

This 1-hour class is a fun, strength-based class designed specifically for adults of all experience levels—no prior acro or dance background required! This class focuses on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through acrobatic-inspired conditioning and skill progressions. Each class includes a guided warm-up, strength and flexibility training, and safe, supported acro skills tailored to individual comfort levels. Adult Acro Fitness is perfect for adults looking for a unique workout that challenges the body, boosts confidence, and keeps fitness exciting in a supportive, encouraging environment.
